We are deploying device licenses in a lab environment in which some of the users needing to run CC updates and installations also have named licenses for their office machines. So, using their Adobe IDs to sign into CC Desktop causes problems. I want to be able to log in with our enterprise ID and just have it stay logged in forever, or not require an Adobe ID for updates.
If this cannot be done, I need to figure out a way to suppress the desktop app so that people stop logging in by accident.
Hi WCTS ,
If you are creating a serial number package make sure you do not include Creative cloud desktop application.
However if you are creating a Named user license package there is no way you can skip signing in, or make CCDA remember id and password , for the very first time users need to sign in and then afterwards CCDA will remember there credentials.
