Latest Creative Cloud Sign-in page repeated requests to sign in, Win Server 2016 64bit

For some reason, the latest creative cloud updated and the sign in page just cycles, I am actually unable to type my username/password, it keeps going into a loop.

I also uninstalled the CC completely. rebooted, installed the latest version downloaded from Adobe admin console. Rebooted and it still has the same error...cycles the sign in page. My desktop computers don't have any issues. Is there a conflict running on Server 2016?

Here is a video of the issue.

thanks!

Hello,

It seems that you are using the shared device license apps which are not supported on VMs. It is documented here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/admin-guide.html/in/enterprise/using/sdl-faq.ug.html
