I'm still not sure what you are doing when you receive this error, or what kind of CC license you have.

However, I would check that your firewall is allowing access to Adobe.

What is the error you recieve?

What kind of license do you have? Creative Cloud for Teams, Creative Cloud for Enterprise, Device License, other?
