Lightroom 1.5 device bound deployment still asks for sign in on start up?

I'm tasked with deploying Lightroom CC 1.5, but I can't make it work!

I've been able to package a bunch of other programs, but this one isn't working the way it is supposed to.

The installer doesn't complain, but when I start the program I'm asked for sign in. I even tried making a license package and run that. I can see my test computer in the device pool in the adminconsole, but it doesn't change the fact that the program requests sign in.

Is there a solution to this?

I've just had a chat with Adobe support. It turns out that Creative Cloud Device Licenses are different from Named Licenses. All apps means all apps minus some of them when device licenses are concerned. For that reason I can download Lightroom CC, but it won't work (or warn you of that).
