User cannot connect on hom account and he give the message that he reach limit and is only connect on one computer.
We close all browser
we try on other browser like mozilla
we restart the computer.
We disable the antivirus.
We disable the proxi
And we still receive this message.
But when he go on him home pc no problem
When he go on work to another computer no problem, but when he go on him own work computer that doen't work.
We change the password of him creatif cloud Adobe, nothing change.
