Hi All,

We are currently using Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP) Data Classification product for classifying our documents.

I would like to ask is it possible that when I click on the 'Internal' Classification label button that it inserts the word 'Internal' in the footer of the PDF file.

Currently this works for Microsoft Word, but was unsure if this feature is available in PDF. Please assist.

Thanks.

That's really a question for those who develop with/integrate AIP for your environment.

Reader is not intended for PDF revision/editing, aside from a few things enabled by the PDF generating software.

Acrobat Pro has various macro capabilities that other software could use, or there are other software packages that can edit PDFs.

I doubt that AIP will be able to work through Reader alone
