Hi

We have a device based CCT for Education license. Since we offer work from home options, we need the ability for an end user to work on two devices, non-concurrently. Can we migrate from a device based CCT license to a named-user license? We are okay to pay the price difference between the named-user and device based license.

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

This would require removing that device license and the purchasing a named user license.
