Good morning!
We recently transitioned from the device licensing model to the new shared device licenses. We were told to uninstall the existing Adobe products (CC 2017) and create new install packages for the latest versions of CC. However, I am now unable to complete the install process for the new package. When running the installer on the target machine with Admin privileges I immediately receive a notification stating the install failed.
Here is the output given in the PDApp log:
07/23/19 16:18:27:859 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 11332 | Build Version - 1.15.0.102
07/23/19 16:18:27:859 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 11332 | Logging Level verbosity Set to 4
07/23/19 16:18:27:863 | [ERROR] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 11332 | Error in opening MSI database. Returned Error - 110
07/23/19 16:18:27:863 | [ERROR] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker | | | 11332 | Failed in fetching the package option XML and install language info.
I checked the troubleshooting guide located here but couldn't find any reference to Error - 110.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Thanks!
Hi Tyler,
Could you please check and confirm that all the target machines meet the minimum system requirements of Creative Cloud 2019 apps?
You can check the system requirements here: OS support for Creative Cloud 2019 apps.

As a first step, I would suggest temporarily disabling any anti-virus on the system, as it might be removing or blocking access to the files which are being dynamically created by the installer.
