Photoshop 22.3 or Lighroom 4.2 / Errorcode 6 when installing / PDApp.log ->Bootstrapper error (-60)

Fatal Bootstrapper error (-60) can be found from PDApp.log,

This seems to be a common problem right now but -60 error is not documented anywhere.

Kindly try this workaround by disabling the following reg entry and restart the machine: HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Security_HKLM_only REG_DWORD=0

Looks like the same issue we have.

New created Packages FRL with internal Licensing Server.

 

Every Package with same error Code 6.
