Dear all

In our division we have adobe serials (vip codes) for creative all apps.

We installed it to a pc. After few months an employee signed out from cloud app and signed in with his credentials. The problem isthat his credentials is for trial mode. So we tried to sign out from the application, but every time its automatically sign in to his credentials. Is there any solution (before our last solution = format pc and reinstall everything) how to overcome it???

Hello,

You can delete the content from the following location which will allow you to remove the cached login details:

> C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

> Control Panel>> Credential Manager>> Windows Credentials>> Remove User info 1 & 2

Then you can re-serialize the applications using the valid serial number.
