I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud on 1/29/21 as part of my community college course requirement. Now on 3/07/21 I am getting a notice that my trial has ended and I cannot access the program! Adobe has to have the worst customer service access ever! For what you have to pay for these programs there should be better customer support than a community board! I need to get into this program to complete my assignments. I even attempted to do a support chat, but now it's telling me that I need to contact my administrator, well could someone tell me who that is supposed to be considering I purchased this program on my own. Also are you seriously going to charge an additional fee for Photoshop after paying $200+ for Adobe Creative Cloud!

It seems that the license is an active license under a different account. I have sent you a personal email with the account details. Kindly select the "personal account" option to activate the license and share the update.
