Question about authorized training centers

I live in Brazil and started studing in a place called Pixels school of design and technology, and they say they're certificated by Adobe. Recently I found out they aren't, and they say they're certificated by another name, IWTraining, and both are the same company. Some friends searched and couldn't find it at the list of certificated companies.

So, can a teaching school sell Adobe teaching by a name that's not certificated, even though they have another certificated name? And are any of them ("Pixel escola de design e tecnologia" and "IWTraning") certificated bu Adobe? It aperas they even do the same thing with Auto desk.
