For the past year+, we have maintained a Windows 10 image with Adobe CC installed on it.  We deploy this image periodically through Citrix to virtual desktops.

Now that Adobe 2021 has been released, every time we deploy our latest "windows image" to update our VDI images, we receive the "Something went wrong" error.  We've tried resetting the user's profile.

These are for non-persistant desktops, and we cannot simply uninstall/reinstall.

Hey Adobe, Please help.

Thanks

Hello, Kindly confirm when the users are getting this error. While launching any specific app or when loading libraries? If it is related to libraries then this link might help: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html
