I am disgusted with ADOBE I started a chat and was transfered to another "cancellation" team. I rang the 1800 number only ot be told the service was not available at this time. I rang an alternative number on the web, followed the prompts and was told they were very busy and to leave a message and they will call back (I am in Australia, the call centre is in the US, are they gooing to call me at 3am!!). I always thought ADOBE was a professional organisation, but that is no longer the case. I just wish to reduce my licences. But this experience has convinced me to cancel the entire subscription. If I have no luck getting through I will notfy my bank to disable all direct debits from this organisation.

I have the same problem! I want to remove an unused license and the Adobe Support section of the site keeps me on a loop through a lot of unuseful links. I cannot access the right option, nor can I chat with a real person who can help with this problem. It is really unnerving. When I made the purchase I had a few clicks and now I cannot cancel after more than an hour on the Adobe site. I'm also disgusted by this swindling strategy to keep me paying for something I don't want anymore!
