Refund for Personal Account Linked To Enterprise Account

Hi,

I have an Adobe personal account which was linked to my work account and that I was paying for in 2020-2021. However, since COVID, my workplace now covers individual licenses for staff under an Enterprise account.

Knowing this, I tried to cancel my subscription from billing again but with no luck - as it was now covered by work. I am now unable to access any help because it is via an account staff administator. Please advise if there is a way I can personally sort this out.

Thanks

Errol

Because of the Enterprise account part of your situation, it's possible you'll need to post to the Enterprise forum:
