Serial CC enterprise deployment, disable CC desktop app sign in prompt - can you still have updates

My agency is using a serial CC enterprise deployment.

We wish to surpress the prompt for a sign in using an adobe id.

Do we have to disable/surpress the entire Creative Cloud Desktop App in the install package?

And if so, does that mean updates can not be allowed on the PC (via the option to allow users with non admin rights to receive updates)?

Do you then have to use the remote manager to distribute updates?

Thanks

Steve

Hi,

For serial number deployment we recommend using the Creative Cloud Packager and not including the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

The option to deploy with elevated privileges does depend on the Desktop App so is not suitable for serialized deployments.

You can use Remote Update Manager or you can use the CC Packager to build an update package.
