Whenever we use an updated version of Adobe on a Shared Device, students and teachers are not able to sign into it. In previous versions they could use the Sign In with Google option and it would work.

Now, when they go to sign in they only have one option for Sign In. If they enter their information there is takes them to the Google Login and when they login that get the attached photo.

The student can login to the same device with the exact same credentials by clicking Sign in with Google at the creative cloud online site, but that does not translate to them being able to use the apps on the device ina lab environment.

This is only with up to date 2019 and newer. How do I get my stduents access to this software?

For reference, I am the campus tech at a High School campus. We have a subscription for our District. We didn't used to have issues with this.
