Hi, I have an Enterprise membership given by my University, and I just recently downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app. I have not downloaded any other app, just that one. However, upon opening, I'm greeted by a loading screen that says, "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative cloud or restart your computer and try again." I've tried a lot of the solutions the Support Community has to give, yet I have seen that I shouldn't try solutions for individual-plan members and should instead ask the Enterprise community. I'd like to hear your advice and solutions for this. Thank you very much for this, and please stay safe.
