Hi,
I currently have a personal Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.
I separately created a Team Adobe account and purchased a Team Adobe Acrobat Pro license.
I would like to transfer the existing personal license to that Team account.
I have not found how to do this online.
If I cancel my subscription in order to create a new one in my team account, I'm requested to pay cancellation fees since I have a yearly subscription but that would not make sense if I transferred to a new Team subscription with a yearly commitment.
Thanks in advance for your help.
fburnat, good evening.
If you want to transfer your personal account to a Team account, you need to contact the sales team.
It seems that the sales team is processing the cancellation fee individually.

[Change of plan] Change from personal version to team version
Please purchase the Creative Cloud team version and cancel the personal version license.
If you are incurred a cancellation fee, please contact Customer Service to make the transition to the team version.
Note:
If your new membership plan does not automatically activate, you will need to log out of Creative Cloud and log back in.
For more information, see Authorize Creative Cloud apps by signing out and signing in.
Alternatively, you can log out of the Creative Cloud app, deactivate your membership, and then re-authenticate.
When you log out of a Creative Cloud app, all apps associated with that computer's Adobe ID are deauthorized.
Start an application such as Photoshop and select Help> Sign Out (<your Adobe ID>).
Quit the application and restart.
Choose Help> Sign In and log in with your Adobe ID.
