Transferring License Registration

The previous Purchasing Agent within our division had purchased Adobe Professional for all the office staff.  This Purchasing Agent has left and we now have a new Purchasing Agent.  We have had some turnover with staff, role responsibilities has changed, and new equipment for some staff has been replaced.  Is there a way to get transfer license and registration information to other pieces of equipment and also update our account with adobe professional to the new purchasing agent.
