unable to access fonts

My school uses Enterprise IDs and apparently that means we aren't able to access any fonts other than the standard options. Anyone know why? I'm so confused. I have students who are designing materials on Indesign but limited to the basic fonts which are...basic 🙂 Help.

An Enterprise ID with no product associated with it has no storage, so Adobe Fonts cannot be used unless you add a Creative Cloud product to it.

In the case of an Enterprise license, there are restrictions depending on the contract.
