Unable to add Enterprise ID users

Hi,

We are unable to add Users as there is no '+' button to add them. I am logged in with full systemadmin access.

Any ideas? This is very frustrating.

If the issue persists, please contact the Adobe support team through  Adobe Admin Console or can contact through the helpline number give on Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise phone numbers
