Hello,
I'm looking for the unattended install command for Elements 14.
Somehow I can't find any official Adobe documentation.
From previous versions I figured out to use:
oem.exe" -P PSE -UL1043-SERIALNUMBER 1057-........
Without the -UL parameter the installation works, but it installs English, and our users want Dutch...
Does anyone know?
Kind regards,
Han

You may use Creative Cloud packager to install Photoshop Elements 14. Here are the instructions to deploy the same Creative Cloud Help | Preparing to deploy

Creative Cloud Package has been tried weeks ago and wasn't an option.
During the Creative Cloud Packager procedure, on the screen "Applications and updates", Elements was not listed and as pointed out by our reseller later on, that's because Elements is not a Creative cloud application.
I didn't know that yet, so on that screen "Applications and updates", I selected Add offline media. Then the path to the downloaded package had to be given, in this case the package is PhotoshopElements_14_LS28_win64.exe.
That package was not recognized as valid package, so "No products and updates added" appeared.
After I posted this, I found the solution myself:
Unpack PhotoshopElements_14_LS28_win64.exe
Edit the file \PSE 14\deploy\install\install.xml
In the line <Property name="installLanguage">en_US</Property>
Replace the country code with another valid country code (the valid codes are listed in the file)
Start the installation with:
oem.exe" -P PSE -SERIALNUMBER 1057-....
It has been frustrating for years already to find ways as an administrator to deploy Adobe products.
It can be clearly seen that Adobe's priority is selling as much as possible.
Elements 14 has been thrown on the market, and still no official documentation for admins on how to deploy it.
So, no mark as correct unfortunately

Photoshop Elements 14....this worked for me
open a CMD window as administrator to the extracted install folder
(1)install with
start /wait OEM.exe -P PSE 1111-etc
download APTEE ( adobe_prtk.exe ) copy to the install folder
(2) generate a provider file (prov.xml) and suppress the login id with
adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=1111-etc --regsuppress=ss --provfilepath=C:\TEMP
then copy adobe_prtk.exe and prov.xml to same folder as the oem.exe
(3) for future machines installs just run these commands ( for SCCM Deploy )
start /wait OEM.exe -P PSE 1111-etc
then run
adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --provfile="prov.xml"
