I am needing to handle updates remotely and am wondering what the best way to go about this is. I am managing a high school Mac lab, and have 33 device assigned Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps packages. Thanks!

Remote Update Manager would be one option - Use Adobe Remote Update Manager

You can also build an update package with Creative Cloud Packager and push that to your users if you are using a system like Casper or SCCM.
