Volume license key telling me it is invalid.

I tried contacting Acrobat licensing and they told me to post my question here. I have a volume license for Acrobat 9.

I uninstalled it from the old machine and tried to install it to the new machine. When I try to install it the installer tells me the key is invalid.

The key is not invalid, I got it from the Acrobat volume license webpage associated with the account.

For Acrobat 9 there was a sperate installer for home users and volume users.

The person who has the access to the installer could help you and check again. If you already have correct installer, help me with the serial number via private message: How Do I Send Private Message
