The network connection is fine, the credentials manager service is running. I tried on our company network and private hotspot, get the same error,

I reinstalled acrobat yesterday and it worked for about 12 hours. Now the same error is back again. Whats going on?

also, the rest of the adobe suite is working fine and no one else is having this problem onsite. So i'm having a hard time believing its a communication issue.
