What I’m trying to do is to follow the steps of these

  1. Use Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition
    to create an Application Installation with Updates.
  2. Use Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition
    to create a Serialization File.

      

What I’m running into is that with Adobe Application Manager
Enterprise Edition I select my software packages which shows as valid and press
next gets to the serial number prompt and no matter what number I use it says
the number invalid contact Customer Support.
