What the title says.. i waited several weeks and wrote some emails and our customer reseller didnt answer. Now our license is running out and we are done. What to ddo?

From a company in my local marketplace, i get Creative Cloud All Apps. Previously I had bought it too but from a different company and it was fine, then it disappeared and I looked for a new vendor and it turned out to be bad.
