Hi,

we have a demo installation with Adobe Cloud Products on our Windows Terminal Server 2012. It works and would be a great benefit for your users. But we have some problems, so I need some help.

Sometimes if a user starts the Terminal Session and then an app like Photoshop the login-dialog for Cloud doesn't appear. How can I force the login-dialog for every user for every login? logoff + logon could resolve the problem but not every time.

May somebody has the same issue and a hint for me?

Thanks a lot!

Greetings,

Mike
