Any idea how to solve this? I cannot install the update on any windows 10 computer.

Up to version XDCC5.0.12_nl_NL_WIN_64 never had such porblem.

Hi,

Check you meet the system requirements - for Win 10 you need Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) – Version 1703 (build 10.0.15063)

Thank you for your attempt to find an answer. Indeed, the info is not really usable in my case.

Also I’m still wondering what did change in the way XD will be installed between version 5.0.12 and 9.1.12.
