I'm trying to log into my creative cloud account as the platform has signed me out and I'm getting an error which says unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Has anyone had this issue recently and how did you solve it?

 

Super annoying I have a job due tonight and now this is holding me back from sending it off to my client!! 

 

Can anyone help asap!?!?

In order to help you better, we need to know the type of Creative Cloud membership you have purchased? Is it an Individual license or a Teams/Enterprise license?
