Extension Error 602

New Here ,
Aug 03, 2020 Aug 03, 2020

After trying to sync the extensions, the applications never receive the extensions. Therefore I have downloaded Anastasiy's Extension Manager; when trying to install them I get the error message: Extension's License is damaged (Error Code: 602) Pleas contact is creator for assistance. This is for ALL extensions that I have tried to download which is a total of 10 just to see if I could get any to load properly.

Hi @ampdau,

Sorry about the delayed response. 602 is a license error. Which version of Anastasiy's Extension Manager did you try? Which extensions are you having problems with? What OS are you using?

Sometimes this kind of thing happens if you are logged in with a different Adobe ID... but we've also seen an uptick in 602 errors lately.

The Anastasiy's Extension Manager version is 3.3.0.0, I have tried to download PeBl, Go Proof , Pantone Connect and Stock Solo.  Any extension that I try to load by using the Adobe CC console (sync method) or even the Extension tool it never reaches the application that they are supposed to load in.  Windows 10. Thank you for your assistance.

I asked my team, and they got back to me:

The appropriate entitlement files have not been created for this user so he is experiencing 602 error while installing the extension.

Ask the user to uninstall the extension from the Exchange portal first and then reinstall it. After the installation, he can download the zxp file from download another way.

If the issue doesn’t resolve by following the above instructions, kindly ask the user to contact asupport@adobe.com

Because you've mentioned the "Extension Tool" I know you've already tried downloading the ZXPs in another way. Do you mean the command line tool "ExManCmd"? Or do you mean the visual Extension Manager?

It looks like Pantone Connect is only compatible certain versions of certain CC apps:

Photoshop CC (2019) 20.0 - CC (2020) 21.0
 InDesign CC (2019) 14.0 - CC (2020) 15.0
 Illustrator CC (2019) 23.0 - CC (2020) 24.0

Which one are you trying to install it in?
