How to add an image with CEP from the URL to the application (e.g.) photoshop?

Hello,

i want to open an image (e.g. https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png) in CEP and use it under Photoshop.

I tried

app.open('https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png');

and also

app.open(File('https://www.google.com/images/branding/googlelogo/1x/googlelogo_color_272x92dp.png'));

but nothing happened.

Have anybody soime hints or a different way which works?

Hi,

If I understand your question correctly, then I think you have developed the CEP panel and you want to open image from some url in Photoshop. If this is your case, then first you have to download the image using some node modules at your desired location (Eg: Desktop/Images or Documents/Images). And after the download is complete then you can open that image from the downloaded location in Photoshop using

app.open(File('Here image path where you have downloaded'));
