At the time of writing the 2.1.2.114 release of the Creative Cloud desktop application which supports the installation of CC 2015 Add-ons as well providing various fixes, had not had the automatic update released. However, it is available to download and install from the Web, here (just click the download button to begin the download). So if you want to start using Add-ons and have the very latest CC 2015 apps, here’s what to do:
1. Check what version of the CC desktop app you have, (it’s like the one pictured above and lives in the top menu bar on a Mac and in the System tray on Windows). To check what version you have launch the CC desktop application and click the cog wheel in the top right hand corner and then click on Preferences as shown in the picture below:
2. Check what version you have installed, if it’s 2.1.2.114 (as shown below) or later you already have what you need for CC 2015 Add-ons compatibility for the CC 2015 June release. If you have an earlier version, get the latest version here.
3. Go to the Adobe Add-ons website and check out all the Add-ons available or create your own.
4. Enjoy!

Still not working. Thankfully I don't rely that much on my extensions but this is really annoying. I have some brushes that I use for pings, which I use to finish every project I work on, and they are not working. My desktop is still running CC 2014 so I'm now using that to finish every project. Not a great solution but it will have to do since I've spent the past few days trying every possible workaround with no luck!
