Plugins site not working

When I want to go to the plugin section of the stock and marketplace in CC Desktop it says I have no internet connetion. Although the internet connection is up. No problems with other apps using internet.

Spoke to Adobe support and they say it's an issue on their site. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't.

Workaround is to go to the webversion of CC, but i like using the desktop version.

Is there any Adbobe site where I can view the actual status of issues that are going on?

Photoshop Beta; generative fill is not working because of connection problems.

If there is such a site please let me know so I could check it once in a while.

Plugin in Abobe Exchange aren't working either. And I'm using a Interl Core laptop. Not an ARM device.

Hi,

 

for me (Europe, Germany) its working fine. Maybe its a regional thing and maybe in several hours or maybe days it is working again. Until then you have a workaround to try.

Hi Henrik,

 

I'm in Europe too, but in The Netherlands. Maybe it is a regional issue.

Adobe Exchange is also not working for me either.

Message "something went wrong...". No further information.

Hopelully Adobe is getting it fixed quickly.

Hi @John Kriele , you can try status.adobe.com to check on service outages.

 

Can you provide more details on your network connection (either here or DM me) - are you on a tethered connection? Proxy? VPN? Could you collect logs from your system (from the Creative Cloud app menu, "Help > Create log file" for instructions) and share the name of the uploaded file?

Hi Kalvyn,

I'll hope you have found the problem.

Although I just ran the Adobe CC cleaner tool and deleted everything. I want to install everyting again. Maybe that wil fix the issue.

But now Abobe Creative Cloud Desktop don't want to start at all and I can not install my other apps.

Could you please help me?

Hi Kalvyn,

 

Some extra information:

I have the latest version of Windows 11, Runned the cc desktop uninstaller, cleaned my laptop with CC Cleaner

Repaired and updated MS Visual C++.

Installed CC Desktop again and still not working.......
