Unable to Create a New Patch for extension

Really odd issue I'm having with the Adobe Exchange Program. I have three published extensions (one each for Ps, Pr, and Ae), and for two of them, I can create a new patch just fine through the Exchange dashboard.

For the third one, however, there simply isn't an option to "Create New Patch". I still have the options to Download the ZXP or Preview, but "Create New Patch" is just... missing.

I tried all the normal things of clearing browser cache, useing a different browser, and even logged in on a completely different machine and seeing the same thing no matter what.

Anyone have any ideas of what may be going on?

Updating with the fix: Looks like we had a patch that was marked as "Approved", but was missing the version number and all other information that a patch should have. Just a fluke, or perhaps an interrupted upload of a previous patch. Adobe was able to remove that patch completely, and now I can create a new patch.

Is the Photoshop one the one where you can't create a new patch?

Can you provide links to the extensions you're trying to create patches for?

Sorry I didn't specify: the one I can't make a patch for is our Premiere Pro plugin (https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.105878.html).

I also had a thought to double-check to make sure we didn't have any patches already pending for some reason, but there is nothing pending listed under the "Not Published" section. However, for some reason there is an "approved" entry for our Pr plugin, although it doesn't have a version number; and when I look at the details, it is all blank. Could it be some bugged previous patch that is preventing me from pushing a new one? And if so, any ideas on how to remove it?
