I have been paying for  Fireworks since 2012. My account is in good standing. Last week I began getting this dialogue when I open Fireworks which says I am running a trial version and have only so many days left. How can I correct this.

I followed the procedures you recommended and I still get the notice that my "trial" version of Fireworks will be ending soon.  How do I fix this?  I have a full creative cloud membership.

Tried the instructions you suggested. Didn't work. Checked my account and Fireworks is on the list of  included apps. I think Adobe needs to get on this. A lot of forums indicate that this is happening to a lot of people. Do better, Adobe.

@Ann5E87,

You resurreected an old discussion from 2020.

  • Adobe ended Fireworks many years ago. It's End of Life and no longer supported.
  • Adobe no longer monitors this space.
  • If you choose to use EOL software, it's entirely at your own risk.
  • Adobe isn't interested in FW anymore.

Did you talk to your IT dept yet?

Hello - is this a standalone version of Fireworks or do you have a Creative Cloud subscription?

Hi,  I have just lost 2 hours of my life to two Adobe specialists (and I use that term in the loosest sense!).  The end state was they told me that Fireworks is unsupported - they can't help.  I fixed the issue myself.  At the bottom of the trial dialogue box there is a button that says licence software or something like that.  I clicked it and the trail dialogue box disappeared. I think it is now back to normal.  Hope this helps
