Adobe Flash Builder Requires Sign-In To Work

I have installed Adobe Flash Builder Premium but Eclipse won't run until I sign in to the Adobe Network. First, I would like to say this is dumb. It is a stand alone program - not the Creative Cloud program. Second, I can log in manually (that is how I am posting this message). So if I can log in - the program should be able to log in also. Just in case though - I disabled the firewall software. Yet it still can not log in.

Questions:

1. How can I make it log in?

2. How can I get rid of this requirement? I really do not care to have to log in each and every time I am going to try programming in Flex/Flash.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give. 🙂
