I have FlashBuilder 4 installed on my Windows 7 64 bit OS.

Whenever I try to open FlashBuilder, I am required to approve its being run as Admin.

None of my colleagues have this problem.

How do I fix this?

TIA,

Some things to try:

  • Take a backup and delete your workspace (users/xxxx/Adobe Flash Builder 4)

  • Right click installdir/FlashBuilder.exe, choose Properties. Switch to compatibility tab and make sure "Run this program as an administrator" is not checked.

Worst case: Uninstall, reinstall make sure first run is a non-admin user.
