Помогите пожайлуста!я загрузила флэш-плеер но у меня не утонавливает его,пишет что он заблокирован!вот у меня и вопрос как его разблокировать!

What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser?

Can you write in English what is "locked"?

I can, but I don't understand what is the problem. She said "I can't install Flash Player because it sais that it is "blocked". How to "unblock" it?".

We don't know anything about the user's environment (OS, browser), nor what the problem is.

Flash Player must be installed under an Administrator user.

The best would be if the user were looking for help in a Russian language forum; the language barrier here is just too great.
