Adobe Flash Player 11 Activex and/or Plugin

I have a Windows 7 32 Bit OS, and use Mozilla Firefox for Internet access.

I have just downloaded the Adobe Flash Player 11.

How can I access the Website Storage Settings panel to adjust the "local" value?
