Cheers mate, this seems to have helped.

However, it's a bit strange, cause that ReaPlayer plugin was disabled on my Firefox anyway. It was on for other browsers - IE9 and Chrome, but my Facebook games still worked correctly on Chrome...

Anyway, disabling this download functionality did the trick - thx a lot

What is your operating system, version & edition?

What is your web browser?

What is your Flash Player version?  See http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

What means "ruined"; what exactly happens?

I have the same problem. I play games on Facebook. But since a week many games won't load. The page is blank, only the advertisements around it are visible.I have Windows 7 on my laptop. As web browser I have the latest version of Fire Fox and I also have installed the latest version of Flashplayer. But somehow the games aren't visible. It's weird, because I can hear the sound of the game.

If you are using Firefox, can you please try temporarily disabling Protected Mode to see if that makes a difference?

How do I disable Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?

We'd like to investigate the crashes you're seeing further, it would be very helpful to get some additional information.

Please file a bug here: http://bugbase.adobe.com

Attach the Crash Dumps from Firefox to the bug.

You can find them under C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\pending (or submitted, if you submitted them to Mozilla)

For each crash, you should see a .dmp and a .extra file.  Simply browse to them and attach them to the bug.

If you're unable to see the AppData folder, do the following:

Open a Windows Explorer window

Click Organize > Folder and Search Options

Click View

Click Show Hidden files, folders and drive

Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

Uncheck Hide protected operating system files and acknowledge the prompt.

Also, please reply to this thread with the bug number.

Thanks!
