Adobe Flash Player Installation

New Here ,
Apr 03, 2014 Apr 03, 2014

I would like someone to call me to walk me through installing Adobe Flash Player.  I site I use all of the time requires it and I have tried loading it several times with no luck.  I am not very computer savvy and I don't think we can solve this problem through email correspondences and I apologize for that.

Flash Player being "freeware", there is no such support for it. Only the dedicated volunteers here are available. If you let us know:

What OS?

What browser?

We'll do our level best to get you up and running.

Mike,

Once again thanks for your response.

OS=Windows 7

Browser=Internet Explorer

Explanation=Adobe Flash Player is required for me to open up a Safety Council’s information window however; when I go to load it, the upload scale reaches 60% complete and it stops and tells me to turn off Internet Explorer. First I am not very computer savvy and I do not have the CD to this computer to reload Internet Explorer in case I lose it. In addition, I am not sure how to safely or how to turn off Internet Explorer To me it sounds like a major request to have to turn off Internet Explorer to download a free Adobe Flash Player.

Thanks again

I followed their instructions to the letter, I checked my tools manage add ons and it is there enabled but will not work, it just keeps telling me that I have to update and install.  I must have done this 6 or 7 times and still to avail.  I have got Windows 7 Ultimate.  I did notice it is a 32bit player and my computer is a 64bit.   I did have it before and it worked ok, but not now.
