adobe reader is not opening. it says cannot load core dll. now adobe flash player will not install

LEGEND ,

"cannot load core DLL" indicates that you have a rootkit infection. Clean it up and it should work again.

Regarding Flash Player you need to provide more information: operating system, web browser, what means "will not install"?
