Hi,
Every time I try to install Flash Player, appears a message telling that I have another installation in process, so the current installation will shut down.
The fact is that I don't have another installation.
Sometimes, the Flash Update Utility of Carmine S. did the work, but now, neither the app, nor the script, managed to finish the installation.
I use Cyberfox 50.0 and Palemoon 26.5.0, both 64 bits versions and both fully compatible with Firefox (these are mods, in facts). Anyway, I use to try the installation whit all the browsers closed. I'm using Win 10 build 1607 64 Bits and these are the two last attempts, in the flashinstall.log file:

I would like to know if there is a register branch that i can delete or if there is an effective way to install flash player manually.
Thank you for your attention and best regards.

Hi, Maria:
As you instruct, I started the installation from flashplayer23_xa_install.exe, picked up the log files from Adobe_ADMLogs and upload them to cloud.adobe, along with screencaptures of the error message and the two tabs from Task Manager.
The link that gave me Adobe is Shared Files - Acrobat.com.
I look forward to your answer.
Thank you and best regards

Hi,
Thank you for providing the screenshots and log files. I will forward them to the onilne installer team for review. Just to confirm, you are only launching the installer once (only one installer dialog window), right?
In the interim, please use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the 'Still having problems' section.

Hi, Maria:
Indeed I launched the installer only once. And the same occurs with the offline installer. I tried it before I post the issue in this forum.
Best regards

Hi,
We are reviewing the log files.
Sorry, while I can read some Spanish, I don't write in Spanish. I would need to use some online translation service to translate from English to Spanish and those don't always translate accurately.
