Cannot open Flash Player Settings on Android 4.1.1

I downloaded Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81) from the Archived Flash Player versions on my Medion Lifetab with Android 4.1.1.

Pressing the icon <Flash Player Settings> my Medion Lifetab navigates to https://settings.adobe.com/flashplayer/mobile/ but the screen remains "blank" ("frozen").

Can anybody help me?

It's important to understand that we strongly recommend against using an archived version of Flash Player on Android. 

The last published version was back in 2011, and you're missing literally thousands of security fixes and enhancements that have been added during that time.

There are some browsers that run Flash Player on a cloud server and stream the content back to your phone.  That's really the best option at this point.
