I downloaded Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81) from the Archived Flash Player versions on my Medion Lifetab with Android 4.1.1.
Pressing the icon <Flash Player Settings> my Medion Lifetab navigates to https://settings.adobe.com/flashplayer/mobile/ but the screen remains "blank" ("frozen").
Can anybody help me?

There are some browsers that run Flash Player on a cloud server and stream the content back to your phone. That's really the best option at this point.
