Cannot upload flashplayer. Can anyone help?

I am using Explorer 11 and cannot upload the flash player. I used to have it for year, but some years ago it stopped working. I did everything what is suggested to do, but without getting any joy. Please don't repeat the instructions, I've been through them (check Tools, close all programs on browser, check if it is still installed etc.). For professional reason I need the flash player now. Help!

in order to assist you it needs more info.

- OS type and version (32 or 64bit?)

to say it stopped working without any screenshot, error messages or anything else that help people here to find the cause is not enough. So if you have any flash logs, screenshots and error messages please provide them.

also did you try on others web browsers like Opera, Chrome, Firefox?

is your issue on all Flash embeded websites or specific ones?

I have changed my browser to Chrome - although I don't like it a lot - and now the flash player  works just fine.

Why would you want to upload it? That's very odd. Do you mean you actually want to download it?
