cant enable flash player in chrome windows 10

when i go to settinngs and get to manage exceptions the instructions say to enter " website domain "

i dont know what that is ?

Please use instructions on Enable Flash Player for Google Chrome to resolve the issue..

Also, please provide a screenshot of the issue that you are facing

website domain is the website you are attempting to view Flash on, for example: www.mlb.com

That worked just wonder why it didnt do it automatically like I can see it has done for other sites ?

I don't know why it didn't add it automatically.  Since this is a Chrome feature, Google would be a more appropriate source to answer the question.
