(CHROME OS) Green Screen when using Flash Player

When I'm on Youtube and Dailymotion, Instead of what I want to see, the Video player is just green. I can't find the "Disable Hardware" Thingy in any setting menus. I've tried Chrome OS, Google Chrome, Youtube. Couldn't find it. I need help.

Youtube doesn't use Flash Player. Not at all. It did for many years, so you will find lots of confusing advice on the internet.
