Couldn't get lastest Adobe Flash Player debugger?

About 1~2 weekes ago, couldn't download lastest Adobe Flash Player debugger for this website and all links of download will jump to Non debug version download pages, that means Adobe Flash Player stopped supported maintaining the debug version for free?  please give an accurate answer, I really need debugger version to help positioning issues of Flash player for own game version

Yes, I working for a live broadcast website,  realy needed debugger to make sure no any issues for flash player

I'm so sorry it's been a long time to respone this question

The operation system(s) included Mac OS & Windows 10 &Windoiws 8.0 x64

The browser(s) included Firefox and Chrome and Internet explorer (if possible,I know that IE's Flash player has been upgraded to a system level patch)

I just want know how to continue to download those adobe flash player debug version, like below attachment

Before I download always used this link, but now always jump to nodebug version page when each time  clicking  download link,

like this :

the download should be this

but always jump to below link when run it in broswer
